Problem:
Hosts created or associated with primary Foreman & Puppet instance do not get a Catalog applied. No error is generated. If created against a proxy it works as expected. Nothing is logged in “puppetserver.log”
Expected outcome:
Hosts associated primary Foreman & Puppet Master should get catalog generated and applied, the same as if associated to a smart-proxy
