Nominating Bernhard Suttner for push access to Foreman Bootdisk

Hello,

currently only me and @TimoGoebel have push access to Bootdisk. I think another pair of hands would be ideal, therefore I hereby nominate @Bernhard_Suttner to get access.

Bernhard is the most active developer in the last year or two according to quick math: Commits · theforeman/foreman_bootdisk · GitHub

As usual, if there are no objections in a week, I will ask admins to assign the permissions.
