Package Profile updates

Hi,

after provisioning of a host there are dozens of "Package Profile Update
for <host>" in Task monitor of katello.
They are all running up to 25% and thats it. They do not get into error
state, they are still running since several hours.

Any idea which task do they start and why they can not finish?
