Phasing out the ARM builders

As announced Dropping Debian ARM packages, I’m now taking steps on phasing out the builders.

On December 1st the builders will really be phased out at Scaleway so that is our deadline. Since we only built ARM packages on (now EOL) Foreman 2.0, I went ahead with this:

I just marked the nodes offline in Jenkins and turned them off.

If nothing shows up, I’d like to delete them next week.

As announced, I’ve now deleted the builders at Scaleway (VM), Gandi (DNS), Foreman and Jenkins.
