New Plugin: foreman_phpipam

I am going to start development shortly on building a new Foreman new plugin that will integrate with the open source tool phpIPAM(https://phpipam.net/) for IP Address Management. Based on my research, it seems that such a plugin does not exist, and there is not anything currently in development at this time. Please advise if this is not the case.
