Please clarify license of foreman-installer submodules

Hi,
can you please clarify license of foreman-installer?

Foreman-installer itself claims to be under GPLv3.
But its modules (apache, concat, dhcp…) do not have license specified.

Can you please clarify license for each submodule? Perfect solution can
be putting LICENSE file in each git repo.

And I'm worried about concat fork of onyxpoint/pupmod-concat.
Onyxpoint/pupmod-concat is licensed under Apache 2.0,
but foreman version is modified. This is allowed, but Apache 2.0 license
requires that every file, which is modified should state that in its
header (Section 4.2 of license). And theforeman/puppet-concat does not
have such statement in modified files.

Can you please fix it?

I'm just testing the latest version of OnyxPoint's current concat
module - if it's as good as I think, we can use it unmodified. If not,
I'll fix up the files as necessary.

License files for the rest should be easy enough.
