Plugins to be removed from RPM repos for 1.12

The following plugins remain incompatible with Foreman 1.11+ since the
Rails 4 merge at the start of the year:

  • foreman_abrt
  • foreman_deployments
  • ovirt_provision_plugin

I'll remove them entirely from foreman-packaging's RPM branch in the
next few weeks unless they have new, compatible releases.

If anybody would like to take over maintenance of one, I could provide
permissions to the git repos.

Thanks, I've added you to the ABRT team so you've now got commit rights.
At a glance it looks like master might be compatible, but it probably
needs testing at least, and a release cut.

If you can let me know which e-mail address you use for rubygems.org
then I can add you to the two gems.

I've fixed the plugin for Rails 4.2:

and also fixed another incompatibility with recent changes in Smart
Proxy core:

Tested with develop branches.

It looks like the changes may be released, so please also update the
packages if you wish to keep them maintained.
