I've just merged most of a large PR from Joseph that moves files from
lib/ into app/, e.g. separate directories for concerns, models, services.
He'll also be re-submitting a PR to make validators more Rails 3 like,
so this will hopefully land next week subject to review.
Please check your open PRs to see if they need rebasing after these
changes, it'll save us some review ping-pong. Thanks.
