Problem:
When triing to install a KVM VM with memory hotplug enabled with cenots/redhat 7 the installation complains about not enough memory
Expected outcome:
normal installation
Foreman and Proxy versions:
Foreman 1.22.1
Foreman and Proxy plugin versions:
Katello 3.12.3
Distribution and version:

Hi, we are using Proxmox PVE as Virtualization Platform. When creating a new VM on this using KVM and enabling Memory Hotplug the PXE Installation complains about to few memory for installation.
when turning of memory hotplug the installation runs fine. Activating memory hotplug after complete Installation also works fine.
