Proposed Schedule for 1.4

Three months from the 1.3 release would put us at 2014-01-14. Is everyone
good with this date? The holiday season is coming up too, so it may be
worth considering.

When the RCs would start? I think it would be nice to get next version before FOSDEM, so +1 from me

If RC's are going to be on Tuesdays leading up to the 14th, then Dec 24th,
Dec 31st, Jan 7th, and release on the 14th. Dec 24th and Dec 31st seem like
really bad days to attempt releases on though.

Moreover, very few people are likely to test any release's we manage to put
out.

seems reasonable to push it out to Feb 3 (Monday)

That puts your RCs throughout January

Later,

Lukas “lzap” Zapletal

FOSDEM is 1-2 Feb with ConfigManagement.eu on 3-4 so a lot of the team will
be out I suspect. Shoot for the Thursday before instead (30th Jan)?

That would be consistent with previous releases prior to fosdem

Ok, if no one objects we can do January 30th so we make it before
FOSDEM/ConfigManagement.eu, with RC's on 9, 16, and 23.

I don't know about anybody else, but I'll be travelling on the 30th to
FOSDEM. Perhaps we can get a little ahead of schedule and get it done
and dusted after RC2/3?
