Hello,
i try to provision a centos host with the default kickstart templates.
but after a few minutes the host has booted, the error from the picture i
have attaches occurs.
Does anybody now how to fix this issue?

Your init RAM disk is corrupted or invalid. Check that on your TFTP
server. If your hardware is fast enough to boot before the init RAM disk
is fully downloaded (if your repository - media path - is on slow
connection for example), this can happen too.
