Pry talk

One of the maintainers of pry gave a talk recently on using pry at Ruby Conf this year. He covers how to use pry and some of the pry plugins that are pretty essential. I highly recommend it to those people who are new to pry (cough Katello developers cough). Foreman uses pry by default in case you weren't aware. Anyway, check out the video!

Also https://github.com/pry/pry-stack_explorer can be very useful if
debugger is not available.
