[pulp] Concurrent Connections Required

All;

I am working to configure my Katello/Satellite system to DoD security
guidelines. One of the first items is to limit concurrent connections to
the database. Pulp should be the only application accessing my MongoDB.
Does anyone know how to determine the number of concurrent connections
needed by Pulp?

I also need to configure access control (authentication) to the database.
What are the minimum permissions required by a database user account for
Pulp?

I'd suggest asking on the Pulp user list which it looks like you did as
well.
