--puppet-runmode=none did not make any changes

Maybe i misunderstanding that option.

Foreman and Proxy versions:
foreman-3.1.1-1.el7.noarch
foreman-proxy-3.1.1-1.el7.noarch

Foreman and Proxy plugin versions:
katello-4.3.0-1.el7.noarch

Distribution and version:
CentOS Linux release 7.9.2009 (Core)

Other relevant data:
I will pass that to foreman installer:
foreman-installer --puppet-runmode=“none” and foreman-installer --puppet-runmode=none

but it have same state:
foreman-installer -S katello --full-help | grep puppet-runmode
–puppet-runmode Select the mode to setup the puppet agent. (current: “service”)
