I am using windows DHCP using option 66 to forward it to the foreman server. I was hoping the PXE loader option will set the filename or is that only when I use dhcpd in foreman?

Foreman only orchestrates DHCP option when you have DHCP proxy associated with the host subnet and PXE loader is not set to None.
