PXEBoot Error - Boot Sector Signature not found (Unbootable disk/partition)

Problem:
When trying to provision a host, Foreman picks up the host via its MAC address as required and the pxelinux.cfg stage is fine and then its fails with Boot Sector Signature not found (unbootable disk/partition)

Expected outcome:
The required vmlinux and img files would be found in /var/lib/tftpboot/boot and used to pxeboot the host. These files seem ok and have an owner and group of foreman-proxy

Foreman and Proxy versions:
Running version 1.23.0

Any suggestions would be much appreciated…

Hello, please provide exact error messages, preferably take screenshot of the screen with the error.

I am facing the same issue with Foreman 3.0.1 while provisioning host on VMware vCenter environment.

More details perhaps? What is going on? Can you boot it locally (when you flip boot order to HDD)? Further investigation?
