In this case, is necessary to have rhel with foreman with virt-who or not ?

Hello @mipsou

Since your instance has Simple Content Access enabled, It is expected to not see any subscriptions tab for any hosts or activation keys.

The idea is to import a manifest with valid subscriptions and then straightaway you can register and use yum on your client systems. Subscription attachments on hosts or virt-who profiles are no longer a thing.

Please read more about it at Foreman :: Plugin Manuals
