Please remember when filing Redmine tickets for a pull request to:
a) set the Category to the most specific available
b) fill in a description - there are a lot of tickets being filed with a
single subject line that assumes some prior knowledge
c) link the ticket to relevant previous changes, especially if filing
what appears to be a regression
