@Jonathon_Turel mentioned about longer time to finish Katello pr jobs on jenkins, and its slowing down the process to release 3.18-RC1. @tbrisker this might be the issues because of npm installation taking longer time, or could be slower jenkins nodes ?
@Jonathon_Turel will give a try to increase time for pipeline and release 3.18-RC1 soon.
