puppetlabs/postgresqlwas pinned tonewer than 6.10.2 but not yet 7.0.0; The RC1 was failing to install on EL8 because updating modules for 2.5 reverted the explicitly pinnedpuppetlabs/postgresql. - Considering we need to bump versions of all repositories, retag and do the packaging steps we decided to go with Foreman 2.5 RC2.
