- 3.0.0 release announcement is being written by @ekohl
- A Foreman 3.2.0 version was created in Redmine. This shouldn’t happen until Foreman 3.1 is branched. @ekohl will move all issues and then remove the version.

- 4.2.0-rc2 is still blocked on QPid, being worked on (see Issues with qpid-proton due to 0.35.0 release in EPEL - #9 by evgeni for details). This
also affects stable branches and will need a similar solution there.
