Looking for a release owner, ideally before the end of next week (2024-07-26). That gives us a week to help the new owner to get up to speed before actual branching starts.

Blocked on fog-libvirt 0.12.1. Short term the best solution is to pin to 0.12.0, which was already shipped in 3.11.0.

We currently don’t see a direct need for a 3.10.1 but it may help to get the new 3.12 owner familiar with the release process.
Other
We’ll start meeting twice a week in August and also make the meeting time 30 minutes just so we reserve some time. This should help with a smooth 3.12 branching.
Then we ran out of time to discuss Katello.
