Foreman Nightly

• Plugins pipeline is failing due to repoclosure errors
  • 3 packages have an upper bound on foreman-tasks that conflicts with the newly released foreman-tasks 13.0.0
    • rubygem-foreman_ansible-17.0.7 — rubygem(foreman-tasks) < 13
    • rubygem-foreman_openbolt-1.2.0 — rubygem(foreman-tasks) < 13
    • rubygem-foreman_resource_quota-0.6.3 — rubygem(foreman-tasks) < 13
  • Pipeline will recover once new gem versions are released, and the packaging bot bumps the RPM specs.
• We’ve merged around 10 dependency bump PRs in packaging in the last week

Foreman OCI Releases

• Odilon is working on getting the “real” nightly built, not only when we merge in the -oci repositories. Containers are going to be built when the katello-nightly-rpm-pipeline passes.
• [Ian] There’s a PR open to add Pulp upgrade container for development
  • Odilon suggested a different approach
  • Ian is seeking more reviews
