Deprecating EL7

• We have all required Leapp packages on Copr
• The rough documentation about the upgrades using Leapp is available.

• Having pull requests on the docs.theforeman.org and soon will have changes in theforeman.org

• The essential documentations for EL7 deprecation is,

  • Drop EL7 stuff from both sites
  • Have install and upgrade docs for Foreman and Katello for EL8 merged

• The switch to docs.theforeman.org needs gap filling. This requires reviewing both sites, and coming up with action items to fix.

• Need help from people as per expertise to review the gaps, mark the next step such as refresh doc, copy as is or drop the doc altogether.

• @iballou is reviewing the EL8 modularity pull request with respect to Katello changes.
