Remote Execution failure

Hello Gurus,

When I am trying to execute remote installation it fails with below error.

Failed to initialize: Dynflow::ExecutionPlan::Steps::Error - The only applicable proxy foreman01.testlab.local is down

Any assistance is appreciated

Does the foreman proxy service runs on that server?

Was this ever solved? I'm having the same problem. I have a foreman
webserver that includes reports/ENC, and a separate foreman proxy running
on my puppet server.

Also check if smart_proxy_dynflow_core service runs on that server. If
either this one or foreman-proxy is not running you'll get this error.

Please check that the smart proxy has ssh feature and service foreman-proxy
and smart_proxy_dynflow_core are running there. Bear with us and hopefully
we'll be able to find out why it is not working for you

Hi Ben,

After the installation of smart_proxy_dynflow package, you'll find a script
'smart_proxy_dynflow_core' under /etc/init.d/, which you can use to start
the smart_proxy_dynflow_core service.

Additionally, please follow the
README(https://github.com/theforeman/smart_proxy_dynflow) to finish the
configuration of smart_proxy_dynflow_core.
