I’ve just updated COPR to drop the EL8 buildroots from nightly & 3.13 and also removed the EL8 nightly RPMs on yum.theforeman.org. If you’re using Packit, you need to remove your EL8 builds similar to Drop EL 8 from Packit config · theforeman/foreman@ed71f48 · GitHub.
