Reports are not being shows for some hosts foreman 1.16.2

Hello,
We have ~5 hosts reports from which are not being shown in foreman, even though logs clearly indicate reports are being imported from puppet masters.

Is there anything can be done to debug this?

Is the host still In build mode? Cancel the build. We see this from time to time when the build complete call to foreman fails.
