RHEL10 deployment failed

I am getting error while RHEL-10 deployment via PXEboot, OS deployment failed in initial stage, when server will run RHSM Satellite provisioning scripts.

When we passed the yes input to prompt it will move to ahead and do further prechecks, like installation media available, and other stuff, later stage rpm will download and install then provisioning and configuration start. Again RHSM Satellite registration stage it failed and server exit.

Foreman version: 3.10
Katello 4.10
Foreman Deployed on RHEL 8.10

Are you sure about the Katello version? Foreman 3.10 would go with Katello 4.12.

Anyway, you may need Making sure you're not a bot! since Anaconda registers without passing environments. That was fixed in Katello 4.14.1 and 4.15.

I have proceeded further, but I am getting “Installation Destination Insufficient”. And server got hang here. unable to add use given option like b , q , r.
