Rocky client repo

Apologies for a short post, but could anyone point me in the direction of a repo i can use to download the necessary client and deps for Rocky Linux please. Will OEL9 be OK?

I have added the media for this, the main products and content views, but will need the foreman client, katello agent, tools etc and their dependencies supplied to my new host during the build phase

For Rocky Linux 9, you can use the Foreman Client for EL9 repository on yum.theforeman.org. For Oracle Linux, you’ll need to package subscription-manager.
