Roles; restrict YAML dump

Hello,

since the YAML dump exposes sensitive data like root passords and other
passwords I handle with global parameters, is there a way to restrict or
turn off YAML dump view in roles?

I could not find any apart of removing Host/managed view; and this is
not what I had in mind.
