Ruby 2.0.0 now supported

PRs and develop itself are now being tested against Ruby 2.0.0 (with
Pupet 3.2.0-rc1), in addition to 1.9.3 and 1.8.7. As per the thread
last week, I've removed 1.9.2 from the test matrix.

Up to you, provided all versions work. Personally I've moved to 2.0.0,
but it does mean running a bleeding edge Puppet version currently.

I think Ohad sticks with 1.8.7, as it's the oldest we support. That's
probably a good idea, since you're less likely to get disappointed when
that awesome new 1.9 or 2.0 method you've just developed against isn't
available on 1.8!

2.0 does appear to be much faster for running tests, so if you regularly
run the whole suite, this might be useful for you.
