Hi folks,
I upgraded Ruby 2.0.0 to a newer patch level on CI earlier today to fix
a problem with Mocha 1.1.0 affecting the smart proxy, and it seems to
have caused failures with core Foreman tests.
I'll not get the chance to investigate further today, will try and
resolve it tomorrow. Sorry for the hassle.

This is now fixed on the test_develop_pr_core job by removing the
pre-bundler gem update, so rvm's bundled psych gem is no longer updated.
