Sentence case and proper nouns in strings

Hey,

as you might noticed, my English is poor so this question might be
little bit dumb.

But what is wrong with our strings in Foreman. We are mixing sentence
case, all words capitals and proper nouns capitals only. I noticed this
when I was extracting strings in the Foreman, now in Discovery.

What is the best practice here, can someone who is skilled in English
put these rules in a wiki page?

I was always good in maths, this is making my brain to boil :smiley:

I'd say simply use sentence case consistently throughout the
application, and minimise use of title case (most/all words
capitalised). Reducing the number of capital letters in a piece of text
will usually improve readability. I changed some title case sentences a
while ago while doing the i18n, but it's incomplete.

There are a number of sentences you'll find with only a few words
capitalised, which should definitely be fixed (e.g. the out of sync text
on the dashboard).

Places that are currently entirely unchanged (and you'll have seen this
in discovery too) are the "More" and the "Select Actions" menus, the
"New" buttons and some of the column names.

I've been trying to fix these issues as I see them during PR merges, but
I'll try and set aside some time to go over the existing strings again.
