Skipping host installation

There are multiple hosts I'd like to have in Foreman but I don't plan on
'building' using Foreman. How can I skip/fake the 'builing' phase?
TIA,
Y.

You don't need to provision a host in Foreman for it to exist. As soon as
Foreman receives a Puppet report for a host, it will automatically be
added. You can then apply additional classes, add it to a host-group, etc.

You can also set ":unattended: false" in the /etc/foreman/settings.yaml and
restart Foreman, which will disable all the provisioning related features.
