Problem:
I’m trying to create a smart class parameter called server_type and I was hoping to be able to select it as a dropdown option, similar to if the parameter is boolean type. However, I can’t seem to find a way to do this.
Expected outcome:
I created the parameter, set the default value of database and added the required validator of list type and gave it the list of database, arbiter. The validation part seems to work fine if I try to enter something besides these 2 choices when I enable the override in Puppet ENC, but I was hoping it’d appear as a dropdown to select from instead.
