Some of custom products are marked as Orphaned on Sync Status page

Problem: Some of custom products are marked as Orphaned on Sync Status page. This is very probably because subscriptions for those products are missing. Subscriptions are missing after new manifest download ?. Despite of being marked as orphaned everything is working as expected. Are subscriptions still necessary for custom products after Simple Content Access Management ? Is there any inconsistency in candlepin ?

Expected outcome: No Orphaned products on Sync Status page

Foreman and Proxy versions: 3.12/4.14

Foreman and Proxy plugin versions:

Distribution and version: RHEL8

What do you mean by orphaned? Can you share a screenshot?

With SCA subscriptions are needed only in the manifest, nowhere else.

Hello, it is in Content=>Sync Status page:

All these Orphaned products do not have a valid subscription but they did probably until recent manifest re-upload

Perhaps the re-uploaded zip file was created before the custom products were there. If you refresh your manifest, does it resolve the issue?

Well, thank you very much, the refresh helped, but I am almost sure that I tried it before already … Nevertheless, thank you, problem solved.
