I don’t know anyone who tried and I know there’s an issue opened against Satellite[1] to add support for okta, so that’s most likely a no.

However, Foreman can be configured to talk with keycloak and apparently keycloak can be configured to talk with okta. I know it is a bit of a stretch, but maybe it could be made to work?
