String extract for katello and bastion?

@ehelms and @tbrisker just to confirm, now that

https://projects.theforeman.org/issues/21836

has been merged is it safe to assume that string extract will be part of the process for 3.10 katello (both katello_bastion and the main ruby ones). Same question for the other katello bits (e.g. bastion and hammer-cli-katello)

ok… methinks I need to to turn this into a general “How do I get transifex pulls as part of every release”???
