Suggestion to drop oVirt API V3 from foreman

Hi all,
oVirt REST API V3 has been deprecated as of oVirt version 4.0 and It’s not supported from version 4.3 which was released on April 1, 2019.
Therefore, I would like to suggest deprecating the API v3 in foreman 2.3 and drop it completely in 2.4, this action will allow us to reduce code complexity needed to support both versions.

What do you think?

Makes sense to me, but should this be in the RFC category?

Makes sense for the API deprecation and for the category (so I moved it).

Given it’s been deprecated by oVirt project for over a year at this point I agree it makes sense to deprecate it in 2.3 and drop it completely in 2.4.
