We discovered that Pulpcore container images tagged for Foreman 3.19 and 5.0 were updated to Pulpcore 3.118 when they should have remained on Pulpcore 3.105. The issue in release automation has been fixed and the images are now correct.
If you installed containerized Foreman & Katello between September 30 and October 5, please check podman ps to see what version of Pulpcore you are running. If it is Pulpcore 3.118, your system is considered to be in a failed state and requires either remediation or reinstallation. Remediation will likely require dropping the Pulpcore database. We are happy to assist impacted users.
