Synced Content as a host operating system

Problem:
When I try to use Synced Content as an operating system for host provisioning everything is fine until it starts the package installation. And then I get this:
Error populating transaction after 10 anaconda retries: failure: Packages/g/glibc-common-2.17-317.el7.x86_64.rpm from anaconda: [Errno 256] No more mirrors to try.
Expected outcome:

did you get this working? Iā€™m hitting similar although the package is different on retries.
