Trello board to track PRs

Today I set up a Trello board[1] for tracking PRs submitted to Foreman
subprojects. You'll find it here:

https://trello.com/board/foreman-contributions/511cf836426958eb7100111a

It uses the excellent puppet-webhooks project[1] that Jeff McCune's been
working on for tracking[3] Puppet PRs. As a contributor to Puppet I
really liked the openness of the system, allowing me to see the process
of work being accepted and reviewed. So with the large number of PRs
being opened against Foreman, it seemed like a good process to try
ourselves.

I'm a Trello novice, but think I've set it up with public access and
with some vaguely sensible lists. The idea is that if you're reviewing
something, you can "join" a ticket and drag it to an appropriate list.

We get quite a few varied requests on the installer sub-projects, so I'd
like to get more people involved in giving the change a quick test and
ACKing it for merge. If you'd like to help out, you should be able to
request access to the Foreman community on Trello:

Please change the lists around if you think it'll improve the workflow,
it's just a starting point! I'm going to see if we can import the open
PRs into the board too.

This will be really helpful to make sure PR's get taken care of in a timely manner.

Thanks Dom!
