Trouble Install Katello 3.15

I am having problems install Katello 3.15. I am passing it the default options.

The script keeps erroring out and the ouput is below:

That looks like you’re trying to install Foreman 2.1 + Katello 3.15 - that’s not going to work since Katello 3.15 only works with 2.0.

Is there a way to “force” install Foreman 2.0. I just followed the documentation for installing Katello 3.15.

If I look at Foreman :: Plugin Manuals then it suggests the 2.0 foreman-release RPM. That should work.

I updated my katello repo to 3.16 but my Centos 7 installation cannot find python3-subscription-manager-rhsm. When I search the web I only see this Package for Centos 8.

We build it ourselves, but it wasn’t published. This is fixed in RC4
