Trying to build a smart proxy in a different subnet

Problem: I am currently following this document but I try this command “dnf install foreman-proxy-content” and I get a **Error: Unable to find a match: foreman-proxy-content
**

**Expected outcome: Install the package.

**Foreman and Proxy versions: 3.9.

Distribution and version: CentOS 8 Stream

Where can I find this package so that I can continue. I spun up a new CentOS 8 server in the separate VLAN so I can provision over there as well.

Also I am not able to find the package foreman-proxy-certs-generate either.

If you don’t provide the repositories through your main server, you’ll have to set up the same repositories as on the main server.

Doh, yup that is the issue I did not install any katello pieces.
