Unable to add non-RHEL subscription to activation key

I'm running Katello 3.4.2. When creating an activation key, I click on the
"Subscriptions" --> "Add" tab to add, say, EPEL (which I've set up as a
product) to the activation key.

The only choices that show up are the Red Hat subscriptions. None of the
non-Red Hat products show up. Is there something special I need to do in
order to add non-Red Hat subscriptions to an activation key?

Thanks.

Make the Product into a Content View - then add that to the activation key,
then add the subscriptions.

Cheers

Just FYI …

I think I figured out what I need to do … kinda by accident … but now I
don't know HOW to do it …

I created another Product and it shows up when I go to "Content" --> "Red
Hat Subscriptions". It also is available to add when I go to "Content" -->
"Activation Keys".

So, now I think I need to be able to re-create the Products. But they
already exist, are being sync'd daily, and are included in published
Content Views … so it doesn't allow me to remove and re-create them.

Any idea how I can re-create those products?

Thanks!

Stephen,

If you look at the top level subscriptions page under the content menu, do
you see the centos subscription listed?

Hi,

Thanks for the response.

I have a composite content view that is comprised of content views for
RHEL, EPEL, and the Katello Client and the composite content view is added
to the activation key.

But when I try to add subscriptions, I only see our Red Hat subscriptions.
Nothing for the non-Red Hat content:

Hi,

Thanks for responding.

When I look at "Content" --> "Red Hat Subscriptions" I see my Red Hat
subscriptions:

And when I look at "Content" --> "Products", I see the non-Red Hat products:

Thanks.
