Problem:
When we open foreman in IE11 we are getting blank page.
Expected outcome:
Should get login page as we are getting in chrome
Foreman and Proxy versions:
Foreman :1.24.3
Proxy: 1.24.3

In this PR we already had some discussion about this:

The problem is that Patternfly v4 appears to have dropped IE support.
For now the recommendation is to use a newer browser than IE11. Also note that Microsoft 365 apps say farewell to Internet Explorer 11 and Windows 10 sunsets Microsoft Edge Legacy - Microsoft Community Hub already has a roadmap when MS will drop support for it.
