Problem: missing documentaion upgrade without katello

Expected outcome:

Foreman and Proxy versions: 3.5.3

Foreman and Proxy plugin versions: 3.5.3

Distribution and version: Almalinux 8 - forman 3.5.3

Other relevant data:
I can not found any documentation how is the correct procedure to update foreman from 3.5 to 3.6 and so on to arrive to 3.11 witchout kattello plugin. I just fout to update from 3.11 to nightly:

Docs for Foreman without Katello are still being transitioned to docs.theforeman.org, so most things for plain Foreman instances are still in the making there.
You should find the documentation in the old docs, this link is for upgrading to 3.6, version selection is on the top of the page.
