Looks like mod_dir is needed to redirect from /pub to /pub/ and that’s not included.
There is a bug here somehwere, I was able to get around it by simple creating a folder under /pub from within the CLI, sudently all my URLs paths started working…very weird behavior. Hope it helps someone out there.
