VMWare bootdisk auto-attach problem

Hello,

the new auto-attach VMWare bootdisk feature sometimes (randomly) does not work. What I was told that boot ISO is properly generated and uploaded into VMWare, attached to a VM but the checkbox “Connect when powered” is left unchecked therefore VM is unable boot from the removable media (it is not connected).

Anyone seen the same behavior? How I can debug this?

I think we should be able to see whats happening for that VM in VCenter / ESXi logs ? If there is no explicit error at Foreman side then I feel like there should be something important in VCenter / ESXi logs .
