Website maintenance and IP change on 15th Feb, 10am UTC

On Monday 15th February from 10am UTC, there will again be some
maintenance to the Foreman website. This affects the main documentation
site, apt and yum repos.

I'll be switching it to a newly rebuilt server, so the IP address of the
site will change and there will be an interruption in service as the
storage is switched over and DNS changes propagate. If you have
problems accessing it, please try again later. I hope to have it done
within an hour or so.

In case you have a firewall configured to permit access to our site, the
new IP addresses will be:

162.242.255.181
2001:4802:7802:103:be76:4eff:fe20:c55

AAAA records for IPv6 access to our sites will be added at the same time.

This affects the following hostnames: theforeman.org,
deb.theforeman.org, debugs.theforeman.org, downloads.theforeman.org,
stagingdeb.theforeman.org, www.theforeman.org, yum.theforeman.org.

This maintenance is starting in a few minutes, so the websites will be
taken down during the migration. Once the migration's complete, there
may be a delay while DNS changes propagate.

There have been a few errors with Debian package builds, repo pushes
etc. since the migration which I think I've now fixed. Please let me
know if you see anything else. If I don't hear of any further problems
in the next day or two, I'll delete the old web01 VM.

I've added a few notes about customisations and fixes I found were
required to the wiki until foreman-infra is updated:
